Aqua Cycling
Aqua cycling, or cycling in water, offers numerous benefits for both body and mind. First, the water environment is gentle on the joints, minimizing the risk of injury. Second, the workout improves endurance and strengthens muscles, particularly in the legs and core. Third, the water’s resistance provides a more intense workout that effectively burns calories. In addition, Aqua Cycling is a staple of many group classes that promote motivation and social interaction. Enjoy the refreshing change of pace and add some fun to your fitness routine!
Very important:
Minimum height 1.60 m and maximum weight 140 kg
Please wear water shoes or swim shoes to protect your toes and feet!

Aquatike Ages 3–5
Here, we start with what we call Level I for all children aged 3 to 4.99 years. At SSI Swim School, our focus is on teaching safety in and around the water.
During these sessions, parents do not enter the water. They sit next to the pool.
The child now learns to swim independently and stay afloat. Skills are taught according to the child’s age. This takes place in small groups, progressing slowly from relaxation in the water to the basics of various swimming strokes. As soon as a child reaches the next level—either by mastering the skills or due to age—they automatically move up.
The basic skills of breathing, diving, gliding, jumping, moving, rolling, and turning are taught in Aquatike I and Aquatike II and further developed starting in Aquatike III.
If your child does not yet feel ready to go into the water without Mom or Dad, please book a parent-child course or private lessons to help them adjust to being separated! We appreciate your understanding.
Final Goals:
Aquatike I – Swimmers can swim 2 meters using the “grab-and-pull” technique, demonstrate breath control by counting to 10 with their face in the water, and float independently on their back while counting to 5.
Aquatike II – These swimmers must be able to swim 3
meters using a windmill arm stroke and demonstrate the ability to roll over independently to breathe.
Aquatike III - By the end of the course, Aquatike III swimmers should be able to swim 6 meters using the windmill stroke, roll over on their own to breathe, and continue swimming using the windmill stroke until they reach the designated goal.

Swimming for Toddlers (up to 36 months)
Your child will become familiar with the new element of “water,” and you will strengthen your bond with them. Experience the calming effect of water and help your child develop their swimming skills.
Here we offer you two different options:
1. Toddler Swimming – this course fosters the bond between you and your child, builds familiarity with the water, and teaches self-rescue and swimming. Starting as early as the second session, self-rescue, the baby slide, and the island are integral parts of the course. But there’s plenty of fun too, with ball games and searching for underwater animals, etc. This is based on the latest international safety standards.
Through play, you’ll learn how to behave at the poolside, stay safe in the water, and float on your back. You decide how often you come and how much you want to learn.
The courses build on one another. Once your child feels confident with the exercises, they’ll automatically move up to the next class. When your child turns 3, they’ll automatically move to the Parent-Child Course Level I.
Goals: Swim 3 meters independently, hold breath for up to 10 seconds, self-rescue from the pool, float on the back

As a parent, you’ll be in the water with your child and will be guided by the swim instructor on how to perform the exercises with your child. Please understand that only one parent is allowed in the water and that no switching is permitted during the session, so that the children can fully concentrate on the exercises.
Your child will learn everything they need—from self-rescue and stretching to the proper swimming stroke—and, most importantly, have a lot of fun doing it!
