If you can't swim and want to learn, join us in Adult I! Get comfortable in the water and build your confidence. Depending on your needs, we'll start with water acclimatization and work up to swimming strokes.
Already know how to swim and just want to learn another stroke or improve your technique? Then join our Adult II class. Start with the crawl, then move on to backstroke and butterfly.
Here, we focus on improving technique and building endurance.
