Aquatike I–III: Ages 3–4.99, 30 min. (1:1)
Your child will learn to swim independently and stay afloat. In one-on-one lessons, we guide them through the process, from getting comfortable in the water to mastering the basics of various swimming strokes. You decide how often you’d like to come and how much you’d like to learn.
We are also happy to offer inclusive swimming lessons and integrate individuals with Down syndrome, ADHD, etc., as well as children with a fear of water into our classes.
Level I – Goal: 3 meters using a grab-and-pull motion, holding breath while counting to 10, floating on the back while counting to 5 independently
Level II – Goal: 6 meters with windmill arms, rolling over independently to breathe
Level III – Goal: 6 meters with windmill arms, rolling over independently to breathe & continuing to the finish, basic backstroke
Upon request, we can also start directly with the breaststroke; however, the crawl is better for spinal health and coordination.

Breaststroke for Beginners (ages 5 and up) 1:1 (30 min)
The breaststroke is one of the most popular swimming strokes. In private lessons, the focus is on proper technique and personalized progress. Through targeted exercises and feedback, you can make rapid progress and master the breaststroke with confidence. Have fun in the water!

Breaststroke for Advanced Swimmers (Ages 5 and up) 1:1 - 45 min
Private lessons for advanced breaststroke are designed to refine your technique and improve your performance. We focus on proper body position, optimal arm strokes, and efficient leg kicks. We also examine your breathing to ensure it’s synchronized with your movements. Personalized feedback helps you build on your strengths and work on your weaknesses. This way, you can improve your speed and endurance in the water and enjoy swimming even more!

Beginner I (ages 5 and up) 30 min. (1:1)
Here, we start with what is known as Level I for all children aged 5 and older. The child will learn to swim independently and stay afloat. Skills are taught in a manner appropriate for the child’s age.
SSI Swim School is all about teaching safety in and around the water. The child now learns to swim independently and stay afloat. Skills are taught according to the child’s age. This takes place in one-on-one lessons, progressing slowly from relaxation in the water to the basics of various swimming strokes. As soon as a child reaches the next level—either by mastering the skills or due to their age—they automatically move up.
You, the “Parents & Child,” decide for yourselves how often your child attends and how much they want to learn.
Level I – Goal: 6m with windmill arms, rolling over independently to breathe & swimming; continues swimming to the finish – lesson time 30 min.

Beginner II–III (ages 5 and up) 45 min. (1-on-1)
The children have already successfully completed Beginner I and can swim their first few meters on their own using the correct technique. Now, they will build on and expand these skills.

Intermediate I - II ab 5 Jahre 45min. (1:1)
Here we begin with what is known as Level II for all children aged 5–15. The focus now shifts to technical skills.
Once the children have mastered the knowledge and skills from Level I, we move on to refining the various swimming strokes: butterfly, backstroke, breaststroke, and freestyle.
Here, we build up their endurance so they can participate in Swim Team Prep, the competitive swim team, if they’re interested.
We’re also happy to offer inclusive swimming and integrate individuals with Down syndrome, ADHD, etc., as well as children who are afraid of the water, into our small groups (max. 2 children) to provide more individualized attention.
Level I – Goal: 25m with alternating breathing & roll turn in front crawl, backstroke
Level II – Goal: 25m freestyle, 25m competition-style backstroke with roll turn, breaststroke

If you’d like to learn to swim at your own pace, this course is perfect for you. Get comfortable in the water and build your confidence. Depending on your needs, we’ll start with water acclimatization and work up to swimming strokes.
