Rehabilitation courses in Bad Homburg
Do you have an orthopedic condition and have already undergone rehabilitation and seen a physical therapist? Then rehabilitation exercise is just right for you.
We conduct an initial consultation of about 30 minutes, during which you should bring your Form 56 prescription so we can place you in the appropriate group.
We offer rehabilitation exercise in the water.
Sessions always last 45 minutes.
Swimming pool – Landgrafenplatz 1 in 61381 Friedrichsdorf (for people with high blood pressure, taking heart medication, and under 1.60 m tall)
Therapy pool – at the Taunus Therme, Seedammweg 10 in 61352 Bad Homburg (for individuals not taking heart or high blood pressure medication, minimum height 1.60 m)
Check-in for the rehabilitation exercise program must be completed at our kiosk near the Taunus Therme ticket office. There, we will obtain your signature to confirm your participation in the rehabilitation exercise program.
If you use the Taunus Therme privately before or after the rehabilitation exercise, you will be charged an additional €1.50 for admission to the spa in 15-minute increments.
The swimming pool at Landgrafenplatz is used exclusively by us; the pool cannot be used at any other times.
Requirements for participation in aquatic rehabilitation exercise:

Meine Frau hatte in der Schulter eine Rotatorenmanschettenruptur und braucht nachdem sie in der Taunus-Therme am Rehasport mehrere Wochen teilgenommen hat, keine Operation. Der behandelnde Orthopäde sagte ihr beim Kontrolltermin nach ca. drei Monaten: " Also, wenn ich es nicht selbst gesehen hätte, ich würde es nicht glauben." Daneben hatte sie schon lange Probleme mit dem Knie und sollte Anfang Oktober operiert werden. Durch Ihre längere Teilnahme am Rehasport hat sich das Problem ebenfalls so gebessert, dass der OP-Termin abgesagt wurde. Ich kann nur sagen: Der Levent macht das super, wir sind begeistert.
